US launches fresh strikes on Iran, as Trump warns of retaliation for deaths of soldiers

The U.S. claims its recent attacks were to “degrade Iran’s capabilities” regarding ships in the Strait of Hormuz. But let’s break this down: is this really about protecting shipping lanes, or is it another gleeful escalation by a war-hungry establishment? Fox News and CNN are both guilty of fanning the flames, but they do it in polar-opposite ways that mimic their respective audiences. Fox dramatizes every detail, labeling Iran as a significant threat, while CNN adopts a patronizing, “let’s just try to understand” approach to what they deem as a “complex geopolitical issue.”

The corporate media acts like it’s shocked—shocked!—that the U.S. might be involved in military actions that serve its own interests. They get behind the “degrading capabilities” spin without revealing how much the arms manufacturers stand to profit from yet another conflict. Where’s the hard questioning about actual motives? Where’s the investigation into whether this is a calculated move to drum up support for military spending?

It’s classic double-speak. Ensure the populace is divided: “Support our troops!” vs. “Not another war!” Meanwhile, the real issue—corporate profits fueling destruction—gets conveniently ignored. The media will keep us distracted by sensational headlines while they plan the next narrative to manipulate public sentiment.

Who needs a whistleblower when the media dogs themselves are simply reporting the “official” narrative without asking the tough questions? As always, it’s up to us to sift through the noise and see the agenda for what it truly is: manipulation in service of corporate and political interests.
