US strikes Iran after attack on cargo ship

So, Iran is allegedly lashing out because the U.S. violated some deal while we’re supposed to feel sympathy for their fabricated grievances? This is a classic example of governments playing the blame game, yet corporate media outlets like CNN and MSNBC jump right into the fray, framing it as a “response to U.S. aggression,” as though the U.S. is the sole provocateur in this chaotic narrative. Talk about cherry-picking the facts!

Meanwhile, the right-side of the spectrum, including Fox News, shrieks about “bad actors” with neoconservative gusto, labeling Iran’s actions a disgrace without critically analyzing why the deal was broken in the first place. These outlets love to rant against Iran while dodging the reality of America’s own foreign policy blunders, as if we’re all supposed to ignore how our government has meddled in global affairs for decades.

What we’re really seeing is an orchestrated media performance—CNN and MSNBC pumping out anti-Iran sentiment to please their anti-Trump base, and Fox trying to revive Cold War mentalities to scare their viewers into submission. Nobody is asking the difficult questions about the consequences of our international dealings. Instead, we get the same tired old tropes, regurgitated to fit a narrative that suits establishment agendas.

In this hyper-partisan atmosphere, the truth is sacrificed on the altar of ratings. Let’s demand better from our media. Enough with the play-by-play of geopolitical events devoid of context. If corporate media can’t deliver honest analysis, then it’s up to independent voices to cut through the nonsense!
