Another day, another absurd attempt by the mainstream media to spin a story that doesn’t fit their cozy narratives. A police manhunt is underway after a suspect rammed a car into a crowd at a Pride event in Berlin, and yet, you can already hear the crickets chirping from CNN and NBC. Where’s the outrage? Where’s the urgency? You’d think this event would be front page news, but instead, it’s buried, overshadowed by the latest celebrity gossip or some manufactured crisis.
Let’s be clear: if a suspect attacking a crowd at a conservative event were to happen, you can bet your last dollar that it would dominate the news cycle for weeks, complete with debate panels and endless scrolls of “expert” commentary. But here, we see another clear example of how the leftist media chooses which victims to amplify. Imagine if the suspect had been a right-wing extremist—suddenly, we’d be hearing calls for legislation, new policies about hate crimes, and a full-blown moral panic. But in this case? Silence, as if they’re deliberately ignoring an elephant in the room.
It’s almost comical how predictable their spin has become. Are they afraid it might challenge their idyllic view of a society that embraces diversity at all costs? Or perhaps they prefer to keep the narrative simple, shunning complexity at the expense of honest reporting. Either way, let’s not let their cowardice obscure the real issues at play. This was an attack on citizens, regardless of their sexual orientation, and it requires our full attention and outrage.
